Corporate Solicitor NQ+

Corporate Solicitor role with a niche, commercial practice in the South Manchester & Cheshire suburbs – will appeal to a recently qualified (NQ - 4 yrs’ PQE).

This corporate/commercial team continues to go from strength to strength and with new client wins and increased levels of instructions, it is looking to appoint a further corporate solicitor to the team.

Part of a niche business practice, you will have opportunity to act for a diverse client base including some PLCs, UK subsidiaries, large private limited companies, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs and partnerships.

Typical instructions include:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Corporate finance & fund raising
• Share redistributions 
• MBOs and MBIs
• Group and company re-structuring
• Partnership and shareholder agreements

A down to earth, team player is required who will complement this sociable and supportive team.
