Job Details
A Legal 500 national practice requires a property litigation partner to be based in London with at least 8 yrs + PQE to add to the team.
The role will involve dealing with all aspects of property litigation including but not exclusively advising on contentious issues in land transactions; commercial landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, rent reviews, forfeiture and the enforcement of covenants, acting for both tenants and landlords; property-related professional negligence claims; insolvency issues in connection with leases; and the enforcement of charges.
This is an partner or partner designate role and would suit an existing partner looking for a move or a senior associate looking to make a step up.
