Bedfordshire – Extensive Homeworking - £35-£45k + bonus scheme DOE

A very attractive opportunity has arisen for a proactive Family Solicitor to develop their career with a reputable Family firm offering extensive homeworking.

Duties of the role will include managing cases of Family Law to include Private Children Act matters, divorce, civil partnerships, prenuptial agreements, co-habitation and separation agreements and domestic violence.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated and flexible Family Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience to include advocacy. Candidates should be able to work in a fast paced environment and have comprehensive IT skills to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages.

This role will be based in Bedfordshire however the firm will offer a flexible approach with up to 4 days of homeworking. You may also be required to operate from other offices and attend court hearings therefore having your own transport would be desirable. The firm does offer the opportunity for development to the right candidate, with the potential for further progression.

A salary of £35,000 to £45,000 is offered for this position in conjunction with a bonus scheme. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
