The role
The ideal candidate will be able to run their own caseload and be comfortable in a range of scenarios
The caseload itself is what you would typically expect from a litigation role it will be varied and generally consist of matters relating to commercial contract disputes, professional negligence, elements of property litigation such as boundary disputes and dilapidations, debt recovery cases and even matters such as intellectual property disputes
The firm has a fantastic client base compromising of a wide range of national corporates through to local SMEs and owner managers, local authorities, utility companies others
The role will involve a small amount of management too with the new recruit being required to manage and support the paralegals within the team

The candidate
The firm have indicated that candidates with at between 2-6 years PQE will possess the correct knowledge and skills to succeed in this role. However this is just a guideline and candidates that fall outside of this bracket are encouraged to apply.
