Conveyancing Case Handler/ Conveyancing Assistant- Peterborough.

I am interested in hearing from conveyancing case handlers and assistants that may be interested in an opportunity at a well respected solicitors firm in central Peterborough.

The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 6 months experience within residential conveyancing within a solicitors or licensed conveyancing firm. You will have a good working knowledge of the full range of property matters such as sales, purchases, transfers of equity and new build/plot sales. You will be confident in the conveyancing process and have a good understanding of all stages of the conveyancing transaction.

In addition to the technical ability you will be friendly, personable and confident in order to fit into the existing team and be able to maintain the excellent reputation of the firm.
