Personal Injury Solicitor - 3-7 years PQE
An innovative and growing national firm specialising in Serious Personal Injury, Medical Negligence and Industrial Disease claims is seeking to expand their offering in Wiltshire.
The firm has an excellent reputation and acts on high value claims which include brain injuries, spinal injuries, complex negligence cases and asbestos illness related cases with many of its partners recognised in The Legal 500.
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years PQE at a regarded personal injury practice and be able to work with minimal supervision handling a complex and high value caseload. Within this role you will be expected to supervise junior members of staff and play a key role in the firm's continued success by developing business and attending marketing events as well as maintaining referral services.
A highly competitive salary is on offer with the opportunity to bring across your own support staff or to grow this position as you see fit.
The firm continues to grow with aspirations to build the business across the South of England.
