A position for a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor has come about within one of Bedfordshire’s leading Legal 500 firms. The role offers the right candidate a chance to head up the firm’s corporate offering, with partnership opportunities at the forefront within the short term for the right candidate.

The practise has a fantastic reputation and client base throughout Bedfordshire and neighbouring regions. The commercial clients within the firm are a good mix of strong local SME businesses, larger PLC and AIM listed clients and a large quantity of these have turn overs of more than the £100 million mark.

The optimal candidate will be expected to lead the business development for the firm regionally, you will have considerable investment assets at your disposal to ensure you can network and market the offerings of the corporate commercial team with ease and unlimited success. You will ideally be a senior corporate commercial Solicitor with some ties to the local Bedfordshire region. Ideally you will have proven history within a leading firm locally and a strong network and proven track record of working within this business sector. You will preferably have a broad ranging experience to a wide variety of corporate and commercial work, including company acquisitions and disposals, share purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, corporate restructuring, securitised lending, data protection, terms & conditions and commercial contracts.

You will ideally be a senior solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in corporate commercial work sourced from a top tier firm in the local area.
