Conveyancer -Top 200 Firm - High Quality Firm with a small friendly team!

This firm are one of the leading full-service firms in the Yorkshire region. They are well known as being one of the leading players behind the 'Big 6' but with a much more relaxed atmosphere.

They are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their small team. You will be working alongside another conveyancer and an assistant in the department. This is not a 'conveyancing factory environment' and is a really nice place to work.

The ideal candidate will be a conveyancer with at least 2 years' experience who is able to carry a caseload of sale and purchase files covering the spectrum of residential property work from freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of equity, new builds, shared ownership and title checking.

The firm genuinely progress their own staff and many Heads of Department, Directors and Partners have started out as more junior members in the business.

They offer a highly competitive salary dependant on experience with great benefits.

This is a great opportunity for those candidates who are perhaps disillusioned at larger, less personal practice but want to deal with good quality work where they can progress.
