Paralegal - Plot Sales

My client is a uk top 50 law firm looking for a paralegal to join their Social Housing Sales team, part of the firm's Real Estate group.

You will assist the team in providing a high quality legal service to Housing Association clients, dealing with a variety of sale transactions including shared ownership, 'right to buy' and large volume staircasing. You will also be required to support technical support to the team including lease extensions and dealing with site set ups.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 12 months practical experience of social housing conveyancing work and can show evidence of previously being responsibility for dealing with shared ownership, 'right to buy' and large volume staircasing

Main Responsibiltiies
- to provide paralegal and administrative support to a large team
- to help deal with Housing Association clients in a professional manner, and maintaining close contact
- to be in regular contact with Housing Associations, and providing regular updates within specific timeframes on progress with plot sales
- to handle your own caseload
- to handle queries and enquiries efficiently
- to provide technical support to the team
