The firm are seeking to recruit a new Residential Property Solicitor to join the office based in the centre of Chelmsford, Essex.

The Residential Property department deals with a broad range of work which includes; HNW and bespoke conveyancing, sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, transfers of equity, re-mortgages and lease extensions.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)
• The firm can offer excellent prospects with a route for progression.
• You should have good technical knowledge and the ability to deliver great client service
• Salary is up to £50k, plus an excellent benefits package
