The Role

The firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join their prestigious Cambridge office.

You will work alongside a highly-experienced Partner dealing with a broad caseload of Residential Property matters, the firm does much work with large developers. You will deal with an international and wealthy client base dealing with bespoke work. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and Transfers of equity.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least Five three years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
• You will have had good Conveyancing experience, dealing with your own caseload
• You will need to have excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on great client service
• You should have a meticulous eye for detail
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience
