Litigation Paralegal - A litigation paralegal is required by a law firm in Bath. the successful litigation paralegal will have private practice experience dealing with civil litigation files. The litigation work requires the paralegal to run a case load of files whilst supporting fee earners with more complex civil litigation cases. The litigation case load will involve neighbour and boundary disputes, building disputes, landlord & tenant and dilapidations. Salary dependent upon experience.
