Corporate Solicitor 2+PQE Job with Top Tier Firm in Bristol or Exeter

Your new firm
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Associate or Senior Associate to join this growing and nationally recognised Corporate team. Based in their Bristol or Exeter office, this is a role that will see you play an integral part in a wide range of work. This Corporate team helps companies of varying sizes, from entrepreneurial start-ups to major international organisations, both public and private, with a range of issues around corporate transactions and ways to achieve your commercial goals.

Your new role
You will enjoy working across a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, reorganisations, venture capital, private equity investments, IPOs and joint ventures and restructurings. The firm are well versed in banking and finance, corporate governance and corporate tax and in Technology; they pride themselves on their specialist knowledge and depth of team providing a nationally regarded practice.

What you will need to succeed
You will have gained relevant experience from a Top 100 firm and have a keen interest in developing your career in the Corporate sector. You will be a dedicated and motivated professional with a strong academic record and commitment to client care and business development. Early career opportunities will be developed from the outset.
