You will be an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor running a volume residential conveyancing caseload including a full range of freehold and leasehold purchase and sale, remortgage, transfer of equity and new build purchase transactions.
 
The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills and be a keen team player having the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines in a timely, concise and effective manner.
 
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to prioritise and organise their workload effectively and multitask. Whilst at least 6 months conveyancing experience is essential the successful applicant must demonstrate a sound academic background with full knowledge of IT.
