Commercial Property Solicitor / Paralegal
Windsor, Berkshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated Commercial Property Solicitor with PQE 2+ years OR a Commercial Property Paralegal to join a small, growing law firm in Windsor.
The main focus of the role will be Commercial Property. However, this friendly firm are seeking a candidate who is additionally willing to assist with some general commercial work as and when required.
You will be dealing with a variety of Non-contentious Commercial Property work, largely tenant-focused. There will be particular emphasis on restaurant and retail leases, and franchise concept.
Skills & Experience
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
- Would also consider a Paralegal or Trainee, provided that they have at least some level of Commercial Property experience
- Strong experience of Non-contentious Commercial Property work, including Landlord and Tenant
o Some general Commercial experience, including at least one or more of the following: Reviewing/advising on commercial contracts, e.g. terms & conditions, supply agreements etc
o Advising on trade marks and/or intellectual property licences
o Franchising
o Dispute resolution
o Business sales and purchases
You will have excellent interpersonal skills with an outgoing, motivated and a positive personality who is willing to go the extra mile to achieve set goals.
Salary: approx £25,000 to £40,000 depending on experience
