Commercial Property Solicitor

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Company Property Solicitor to join a well-known and highly regarded law firm to be based in their Greater London office.

The role

You will be responsible for managing your own full and varied caseload of Commercial Property transactions including Sales and Purchases, Business sales and Acquisitions, Development site acquisitions, title reports, landlord & tenant matters and a range of matters under the Licensing Act 2003.

Candidates must be commercially focused, with excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a flair for negotiation and relationship building, and be comfortable in providing independent advice.

Skills and experience required

• Qualified solicitor of 2+ PQE
• Extensive experience dealing with a range of Commercial Property matters
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage own caseload with minimum supervision
• Experience dealing with Residential Property matters would be a bonus
