Commercial Property Solicitor

A Commercial property solicitor is required for our client, a leading law firm with offices throughout the North West. The role has come about due to continued success and expansion within the property department, and is based in the Kendal offices.

You will have experience managing your own caseload with minimum supervision, and advising a variety of clients from small businesses to large scale developments. Experience dealing with general commercial property cases, sales/acquisitions, landlord/tenant and secured lending matters is essential. You will have the intuition to identify new potential relationships and have excellent client care skills.

The department are very well known within the surrounding area with a flow of high quality work, you will be encouraged to develop new client relationships and communicate the values of the firm, secretarial support is available.

The firm have an excellent reputation across the UK, with a large presence across the North West. The property department is one of the largest in the country and the continued success is developing the department further and consequentially furthering the development of the employees careers.
