My top tier client offer a full legal service based both nationally and internationally.
 
Due to recent successes they are now looking to increase their corporate practice in Exeter.
 
This is an exciting role for an experienced lawyer to work autonomously and build on an already existing client base.
 
The role will include managing corporate matters of varying sizes and complexity, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, joint ventures, corporate finance, corporate real estate, reorganisations, restructuring and possibly some general commercial work.
 
Largely the direction the department goes in will be up to you! You will continue to build the client base and work will be cross referred from other offices.
 
Once settled in, and as work load increases you will recruit more junior lawyers into your team to work alongside you. This is a very exciting opportunity to handle excellent quality work, yet retain that famous work life balance the South West can offer.
