Commercial Property Paralegal. 
 
This large and reputed firm are recruiting into their Plymouth based commercial property team. 
 
They now seek an experienced paralegal with either residential or commercial property experience. 
 
This is a client facing role and delivering over and above clients expectations is paramount! 
 
You should ideally already have at least 1 years' experience handling property matters within another firm. Your experience will be broad and you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of property matters acting on behalf of large corporate clients as well as local and national house builders. 
 
This is a varied role and your day to day work will include:

• Processing search requests with third party search providers,
• Preparing reports on search results, leases and requested titles,
• dealing with Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) calculations and returns
• Making Land Registry applications
• Obtaining information from Companies House,
• Responding to queries relating to Office Copy Entries

It is important you are able to build and maintain strong client relationships. 
 
You will already be an experienced property paralegal with either residential or commercial property experience. You will be familiar working with a case management system and multi tasking on several transactions at once.

Excellent Salary to £23k
