A maternity cover in-house construction solicitor opportunity has arisen at this large construction group based in Lancashire with a small in-house legal team.

Construction solicitors of all levels of PQE will be considered for this mainly non-contentious role, which will provide support and guidance to employees across this construction group on building contracts and industry standard documentation, and providing general advice across the business.

This role is likely to last for approximately 8 months, and part time (3 or 4 days) or full time working patterns will be considered.

You must be technically proficient as well as assertive and able to hold your ground, and approachable too - you will deal with senior management here on a regular basis.

The company is flexible on salary, and to different ways of structuring this temporary role, whether as a contract, or a daily rate through a limited company.
