OUR CLIENT
A major name in the insurance sector seeks to recruit a corporate insurance lawyer c 5 - 8 PQE to join an established in house team to handle Part VII work for an initial 12 month contract.
THE ROLE
As a key member of a highly regarded, well established in house legal function, the post holder will be expected to provide legal support to the business advising on and managing commercial transactions, FSMA Part VII transfers, regulatory and corporate matters.
The work will be varied and challenging and there will be an opportunity to work closely with external advisers and to play a significant part in the business.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role applicants must have relevant technical skills, a solid corporate insurance background and knowledge of Part VII.
It is envisaged the successful candidate will be available to commence work at short notice.
