We are currently recruiting for a really exciting permanent position in Essex, who are looking to recruit a Family/Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding and busy department.

The ideal candidate will be a minimum of 2 years PQE and be able to hit the ground running on all Family and Civil Litigation matters including:

• Divorce
• Financial Remedy
• Tolata Proceedings
• Contentious Proceedings
• Contentious Probate
• Inheritance Claims
• Contractual Disputes
• Debt Recovery
• Dispute Resolution

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm offering a very competitive salary. The ability to handle your own workload and to meet deadlines is essential. Experience in advocacy would also be an advantage although not necessary.
