Property Lawyer / Senior Property Lawyer

At TfGM we have an exciting opportunity for a commercial property solicitor or fellow of the institute of Legal Executives to lead on, and assist with, a variety of large infrastructure projects as well as the management of legal matters relating to TfGM’s real estate portfolio. You will be involved in the projects from an early stage working with project and commercial teams. This is an ideal opportunity to further expand your career within a project environment.  Flexible working will be considered. 2 year fixed contract.

You will have commercial acumen and proven experience in managing your own commercial property caseload, with the ability to engage with commercial and public sector partners to secure efficient delivery of our ambitious programme of works.
