Your new role
You will be tasked with the providing paralegal assistance to lawyers within the residential conveyancing team. You will assist with various duties such as registering land application, obtaining information from the land registry, reviewing tittle information and assisting in preparing tittle reports. This will be alongside the usual paralegal duties and tasks when expected.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a proactive individual as you will need to deal with the fast pace of the role. The role will suit an individual with residential land law experience. Ideally you will have an in-depth procedural knowledge of the process and understand the structure from enquiry to post completion. Some knowledge of housing schemes would be useful. Alternatively this role could suit a recent law graduate with a particular interest in land law.
