The Role

A new vacancy has arisen for a Senior Company Commercial Solicitor to join their flourishing, very modern office based in Bedford, Bedfordshire.

The Corporate Commercial department has two lawyers. The firm has a tap of work they can turn on but currently do not have the capacity with the current team to market the department to their client base. You will work with SME to national companies; work will include; Company sales and purchases, M&A, Shareholder agreements, Commercial contracts, Joint ventures, Limited liability agreements and some IP matters.

This role will place you at the forefront of a growing department. This role could be an excellent stepping stone for someone looking for career progression and Partnership who may have hit a glass ceiling at their current firm.

Requirements

• You will be a Company Commercial Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
• Be a commercially minded lawyer, able to spot opportunities to build business
• Have broad experience of dealing with a general Corporate Commercial caseload
• Have first-class client care skill
• Salary is negotiable depending on your background, plus a lucrative bonus structures
