Job Details
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a successful and growing Private Client department based in Barnsley City Centre on a part time basis.
My client is ideally looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years' experience. The post holder will be expected to manage a varied case load of Wills and Probate matters including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trusts including Personal Injury Trusts, Court of Protection matters and Estate Planning.

This is a permanent, part-time position. The firm are able to offer a competitive salary which is negotiable, dependant on experience of the applicant.
This role has arisen due to the success of the current fee earners within the department and as a result, they are able to offer flexibility to the part-time working hours/days.
