Private Client Solicitor

A Private Client Solicitor is required for a fantastic opportunity with a leading regional firm based at their office in South Staffordshire. The salary on offer is negotiable and competitive dependent on experience.

This firm are a well-established Legal 500 recommended Law firm who provides a range of business and individual legal services to local and national clients.  They have offices across Staffordshire and many of the Partners have been with the firm for many years, moving through the ranks as this firm really do look after their staff in terms of culture, remuneration and career progression.

The Private Client team is headed up by an experienced and highly regarded Partner whose accolades are highlighted in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners and so you will be working as part of an experienced and already successful team.  They are particularly well known for the work they do for Charities and for the local agriculture community in terms of tax planning, wealth management and estate administration.

You will be involved with a range of Private Client work to include:

• Complex will drafting
• Estate planning and administration
• LPAs
• Tax planning
• Acting as executor
• Applying for Probate
• Court of Protection

Applications are invited from experienced Private Client Solicitors who have at least 5 Years PQE (or equivalent experience).  It is essential that you have strong technical and client care skills.  Ideally you will be able to drive as some travel to other offices to meet with clients will be required from time to time as well as visiting elderly clients in their homes.
