Property Litigation Solicitor - Relaxed Environment

A very well respected leading regional practice is keen to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor to its envied Property Litigation Team which sits within the Dispute Resolution Group and is based at the firms' office in Bromsgrove.

The firm has a solid rating within the Legal 500 and has a number of offices spread throughout Telford, the West Midlands, Shropshire and Worcestershire. With a headcount in excess of 200, the firm provides bespoke legal services across all disciplines to individuals, commercial entities and the farming community alike.

The firm is now seeking to bring on board an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor who can be a key point of contact and deal with a significant amount of the firms' property litigation matters which will emanate from both commercial and residential property issues.

You will ideally have a between 1 to 4 years' PQE and be well versed in dealing with a variety of property litigation matters to include housing litigation, possession claims on behalf of both landlords and tenants, lease renewals, residential and commercial lease disputes, breach of covenant claims, boundary disputes, adverse possession and rent/service charge recovery disputes, to name a few.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious property litigation solicitor who is seeking a new challenge with the opportunity to work alongside a very experienced partner who will only enhance your skill set. At the same time, whilst this role can offer exposure to high quality work, it is a world away from "big law" and the environment and challenges that come with working for national and international practices.
