The Role

A new vacancy has arisen for a part time Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their flourishing, very modern office based in Bedford, Bedfordshire

You will assist a highly-experienced Partner who deals with a broad caseload of Residential Property matters, the firm does much work with large developers. They deal with international and wealthy client base. The caseload will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and Transfers of equity.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.

Requirements

• Preferably you will have experience in conveyancing
• Strong and efficient secretarial and admin skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Fast, accurate typing ability (60 wpm) ideally.
• IT literacy - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Organisational skills
• Ability to use initiative
• Enthusiastic and hard working
• Good telephone manner
