The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Property Partner into their Sandy, Bedfordshire office.

Commercial Property is one of the firms busiest and most successful departments, the team in Sandy is currently thriving. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The work will be varied, and client base is varied with many well-known household names, the caseload will include; Landlord and tenant, Development, Investment and Acquisitions and disposals.

You might be a Senior Associate seeking a route to Partnership, or perhaps a Partner seeking a unique lateral opportunity.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least eight years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
• You should have a strong technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure.
