Job Details
Corporate Banking Lawyer vacancy has come available at a highly acclaimed Legal 100 firm in their Sussex office. They are seeking a junior banking qualified solicitor with at least 1 year pqe and be a part of the Corporate team.
This role will be to work closely with an experienced Partner in the Sussex office advising on a range of instructions from both London and regional clients, predominately working on acquisition finance, property finance and corporate support.
Experience of LMA documents would be an advantage but isn't a pre-requisite.
This role comes with strong career progression, this is a great opportunity to still work on high quality transactions without the commute.
