Your new role
An exciting commercial legal role reporting into the Head of Legal. Replacing an outgoing member of the team, you will negotiate and draft a variety of commercial and technology agreements, including SaaS, cloud, software licensing, master service and outsourcing agreements, alongside other essential commercial agreements. You will advise the business on ad hoc data protection, employment and regulation matters, operating in a fast-paced international environment. You will liaise with senior leadership, busy sales teams, HR, marketing and other departments, and you will be expected to travel fairly frequently, occasionally on short notice. As the sole lawyer in the London office but part of a 10-strong global legal team, you will be expected to be comfortable working autonomously.

What you'll need to succeed
A commercial legal background, preferably in the technology sector. You will have 3-5 PQE (or equivalent experience), having qualified in the UK. You will have exceptional contracts drafting and negotiation experience, and the ability to build rapport across the business. You will have an appreciation of what it takes to work relatively autonomously, and you will have excellent communication skills. In-house experience is not a pre-requisite for this opportunity. You will be ambitious, with the mind-set of wanting to build a long-term career within the organisation. You will be engaging and approachable, while available to travel relatively frequently.
