Dispute Resolution Solicitor

One of the best non-major city centre law firms in the region is now looking to bring a commercially minded dispute resolution solicitor on board. With a number of recommendations in both the Legal 500 and Chambers, our client provides a high quality and outcome focussed partner led service.

The role represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to be exposed to high quality, interesting work for a senior solicitor's clients with a view to ultimately becoming their principal point of contact.

Key areas of work will include:

• shareholder disputes
• partnership disputes
• disputes arising out of mergers and acquisitions
• professional negligence
• contractual claims
• Supply of Goods and Services
• breach of restrictive covenants
• insolvency litigation
• injunctive relief

Our client is seeking a confident solicitor (2 - 5 years PQE) who is and an excellent communicator with a good level of commerciality. On offer is a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package including 5 weeks holiday annually, pension scheme, health cashback plan, parking scheme, death in service benefit and more.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of one of the most exciting law firms in the region. Salary will depend on experience, but is likely to be in the region of £35,000 - £45,000 with the flexibility to go above that for the right solicitor.
