Clinical Negligence Solicitor.
 
A privately owned and well regarded medico legal practice based in Cheshire are looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor who is looking for something a bit different. 
 
The company are instructed by leading law firms in both the North West and London and work for both Claimants and Defendants. They have a large caseload which you will assist with alongside other non-practising Solicitors, Paralegals and assistants. 
 
Your role will be to oversee and assist on clinical negligence cases, preparing new cases, follow up work, conferences and joint expert meetings as well as the occasional trial. You will analyse and summarise incoming documents – including medical records, expert reports and witness statements to assess their relevance to a case.  To review procedural documents and draft responses to incoming letters and to incorporate new evidence into existing reports.
 
There is a professional team of fourteen people, including two other qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitors, who have high standards of accuracy and presentation in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
 
To be considered for the Cheshire-based role, you must be a qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Legal Executives with demonstrable clinical negligence experience may also be considered) with 2+ years PQE. 
   Salary will be commensurate with previous experience (up to £40,000). Part time (4 days per week may also be considered for the right individual).
