Your new company
Being one of the world's largest global banks with extensive investment and retail banking arms, this client employs over 200,000 people and has an operating income of several billion pounds. To work in its offices in the City, the Equities Legal team requires a qualified Lawyer with transactional experience of either OTC Derivatives or funds to join them on a contract for services basis.


Your new role
The team are responsible for both the drafting, review and negotiation of a wide range of trading documentation as well as the establishment and maintenance of regulated fund platforms , with particular focus on Luxembourg UCITS and alternative investment funds . As such, you will be involved in both the execution of trading documentation as well as the drafting, review and negotiation of investment management, non-disclosure and distribution agreements. You will also be required to assess the impact of new regulation on areas of the business and advise on action required to be taken to address regulatory changes.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified lawyer with at least 5PQE+, with demonstrable experience of either OTC derivatives or funds , gained form either a top city form or similar top tier house. Candidates with experience of both derivatives and funds experience would be of particular interest to our client.
