THE FIRM
A major international law firm with an outstanding London Finance team.
THE ROLE
The Finance team now wishes to hire an experienced, mainstream general finance Senior Associate to join the London practice group.
The practice includes lawyers in offices worldwide, who represent lenders, borrowers, servicers, trustees, and other participants in an array of financing transactions, including corporate, acquisition, asset-based, project, real estate, transportation, and Islamic finance.
The work is likely to include the full range of related regulatory, legal, and other issues that arise in complex finance transactions across industries, jurisdictions, and capital markets.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally from 7-8pqe, you will have solid finance experience from recognised City firm practices, or other leading US firms and join a team handling a broad diet of work to include Corporate, Acquisition, and Asset-Based Finance
Derivatives & Structured Products, Islamic Finance, Project Finance, Real Estate Finance and Transportation Finance.
