PROPERTY LAWYER/SOLICITOR
Respected firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced property lawyer.
You will cover a broad range of work in Residential Conveyancing. The role will involve handling a busy and mixed caseload of work including but not limited to:
- Residential sales and purchases;
- Investment properties;
- Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property;
- Leasehold flats;
- Newbuilds;
- Transfers of Equity;
- Remortgages
