Private Client Solicitor

Due to continued growth my client seeks a minimum 2 year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy Wills, Trusts and Probate Team.

The ideal candidate will have a desire to provide exceptional client care and will have strong inter-personal and communication skills.

If successful you will be responsible for the preparation of Wills, preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, preparation of Inheritance Tax forms, IHT 205 and IHT 400 and supplemental pages.

Other responsibilities include advising on and the drafting of Deeds of Variation, drafting of basic Trust Deeds and Supplemental Trust documents and advising on Elderly Client issues.
