Role: Junior Litigation Solicitor

Location: Essex

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Litigator to join a growing team and deal with a broad mix of litigation matters. My Client is a modern and growing high street firm, offering a broad range of legal services to local individuals and businesses within Essex & London.

The role will cover a wide spread of litigation work encompassing property, debt, employment, commercial litigation, contentious probate, wills and LPAs. Training will be provided to suitable candidates who do not have experience in all those areas

Candidates must be commercially focused, with excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a flair for negotiation and relationship building, and be comfortable in providing independent advice.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Qualified Solicitor NQ-2PQE (more experienced candidates will be considered)
• Ability to manage own caseload from start to finish
• Litigation experience in one or more relevant areas of law

• Practical, solution-focused approach
• Commercial awareness
• Comfortable with networking and business development activities
