My client is a specialist law firm who have a national client base is looking to appoint a Mental Health Solicitor who is ideally a Panel member and ideally meets the Supervisors standards with the LAA, however lesser experience will considered.

The role
To manage an existing caseload as well as develop the department further, files will include but not limited to;
Represent clients at Mental Health Tribunal Hearings
Attend Hospital Mangers¿ meetings
Human Rights issues
Mental Health Capacity
Safeguarding issues
Community Care Assessments

You will have experience of Health and Social Care law and will be able to work with minimal supervision, Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years experience but my client will consider lesser PQE if specific knowledge can be clearly demonstrated. You will be an excellent communication and will be experienced in drafting Legal documents.
