An opportunity is available for a Legal Recruiter to join an international law firm based in London on a 12 month fixed term contract. Our client offers a great salary range between £40k- £50k per annum including company benefits.

Ideally I am looking for a candidate with legal recruitment experience working within a recruitment agency or directly within a reputable law firm.
As an Internal Recruiter you will:

- Support and guide candidates through the recruitment process from inception to completion
- Lead and organise assessment centres
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Identify market trends and have the ability to discuss recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Previous legal recruitment experience
- Have a proven track record of strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Have a friendly and approachable communication style
- Have strong attention to detail
