Civil Litigation / Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor

This client, a reputed Legal 500 firm in West Yorkshire,  is recruiting into its dispute resolution team and is seeking a 2 year PQE+ Solicitor to join its contentious probate team in Bradford, West Yorkshire.     The successful candidate will ideally have experience of both private client and litigation. Ideally, this experience should be from your training seats, but it may have come from legal experience prior to your training contract and post qualification.    You will join this developing practice area and work alongside an existing associate solicitor on all manner of disputes relating to wills, trusts and estates. The work is challenging and varied. Often you will be advising high net worth clients with large estates.    

You will be managing your own caseload and progressing your career within contentious probate. You will continue to gain excellent training within this prestigious firm.    This contentious probate solicitor vacancy will suit a litigator who has experience in dealing with trust/probate disputes as well as general civil litigation experience.

  Ideally 2-5 years qualified and is looking to specialise more in trust/probate disputes as their career develops, but at the same time is able to pick up a mixed bag of general civil litigation work.  The successful candidate does not have had to work at another commercial firm before, but may be looking to move to a more corporate firm from one of the high street practices.
