My client is a leading international full-service practice with an excellent reputation as a real regional firm but with a truly global reach. They are highly ranked in all disciplines in the Legal 500 and are one of the market leaders for their Corporate offering.

They are looking for a Senior/Managing Associate with 5 years PQE in general Corporate work to join their top tier team. You will be dealing with excellent quality work, advising a who's who list of heavyweight clients. The overall team dealt with 40+ transactions last year worth over £5billion, with transactions over £1billion in Yorkshire alone. This is not a team where you are on the periphery dealing with London centric matters, you will be dealing with top quality regional work with the focus being on growing and building those excellent relationships.

The team have grown from strength to strength in recent months cementing their position as leaders in Corporate with a well-known Partner hire from another global firm.

The culture at the firm is also different, fit as much as CV is important. The team is down to earth, very supportive. There are numerous examples throughout the firm in Leeds of career development where Lawyers have progressed through the ranks up to Partnership level.

They have adopted modern working practices with agile working, and a new working from home policy where there is the option to work from home 1 day a week which staff have utilised and taken advantage.
