Construction Solicitors Contentious & Non Contentious - 3 yrs + Work from Home Option

Leeds

My client is a leading international full-service practice with an excellent reputation as a real regional firm but with a truly global reach. In terms of wider Real Estate and Construction they have one of the leading teams nationally.

In Leeds the firm have 2 distinct teams dealing with construction work and they are looking for 2 Solicitors one contentious, and one non-contentious around the 3 years + PQE mark (although they would consider excellent candidates slightly under this) to join them.

As you would expect the work here is top-quality. The firm are well respected in the field and act for number of major of engineering companies, national developers and utility companies amongst others advising on utilities, energy and infrastructure projects.

The culture at the firm is also different, fit as much as CV is important. The team is down to earth, very supportive. There are numerous examples throughout the firm in Leeds of career development where Lawyers have progressed through the ranks up to Partnership level.

They have adopted modern working practices with agile working, and a new working from home policy where there is the option to work from home 1 day a week which staff have utilised and taken advantage.

Salary is market leading for the North, with a fantastic benefits package that means when coupled with the top-quality work and fantastic working environment this really is a great opportunity for those lawyers who are working at a large regional or city firm but find themselves unable to progress, or in an unpleasant environment where they cannot thrive.
