Job Details
An established general legal practice situated in Leamington Spa is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing solicitor to head their Conveyancing department.
Our client is looking for a technically strong Residential Conveyancing solicitor who has experience in handling a broad caseload of property transactions as well as interest in developing and utilising your management experience as this is a key element of this Head of Residential Conveyancing solicitor role.
You will be part of a supportive working environment where you will be able to input your expertise effectively and progress with very real career opportunities within the firm, whilst working alongside experienced partners. The role will require you to maintain relationships with clients to ensure a smooth workflow as well helping with the development of more junior members of staff across the department.
The successful applicant will be working as Head of Residential Conveyancing department and will be expected to provide good support, guidance and training along with developing themselves. The ideal candidate will have 6 years or more PQE and it is expected for them to be highly driven and want to make a name for themselves in their respected field.
