Job Details
This well-established Legal 500 firm is seeking a commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience. You should have a solid grounding in commercial property work including acquisitions and disposals, licensing agreements and lease assignments.
You should possess the ability to act independently to a reasonably high level and work on more complex and specialised matters as required. Experience of building relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals including a natural ability to promote marketing and business development initiatives in a dynamic way is essential complimented by good communication skills in order to explain legal matters clearly to clients.
This is Firm has a large portfolio of high quality clients and are seeking someone with commercial, practical and financial awareness. Partnership prospects are readily available.
