Role: Corporate Associate

An opportunity has arisen for a Corporate solicitor to join a very successful team. My Client is a well-known leading Commercial law firm based in Central London with extensive market knowledge in the media, digital, real estate, sport, retail and leisure industries.

The Property Lawyer will be responsible for dealing with a broad range of corporate transactions including M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Public Company Takeovers, Private Equity, Structured Real Estate and Professional Practices.

Candidates must be commercially focused, with excellent communication skills, an ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a flair for negotiation and relationship building, and be comfortable in providing independent advice.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Must be a Qualified solicitor of 2+ PQE
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position

Preferred:

• Exposure to both capital markets & M&A transactions would be beneficial
