Leading law firm seeks a Banking Lawyer in London
Your new company
A leading national law firm is seeking a Banking Solicitor to join their Banking and Insolvency practice team. This top 100 law firm with offices throughout the UK provides finance and investment, real estate and private wealth advice to a wide range of national and international clients. Your new role
You will be joining the firm's Banking and Insolvency team, advising banks, financial institutions, asset based lenders, asset financiers, project financiers, trader financiers and borrowers on a variety of financial matters including proving support on financial components of commercial property, projects and infrastructure transactions and corporate finance transactions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will require a minimum 2.1 degree from a reputable university, demonstrate a solid track record of advising on debt finance work, with at least 1-3 year's post qualification experience within a private practice banking team. You will need to be able to demonstrate commitment to banking as a legal specialism. You will need to work well in a team and have experience of establishing and maintaining long term client relationships will also be advantageous.
