Job Details
We have an exciting new vacancy for a full time experienced Commercial Property Lawyer. You will join a growing property team of a well-established law firm based in Skipton. You will handle a good quality caseload consisting of the full range of commercial property matters - buying, selling and letting of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals. The role will have administrative support so experience of working with a legal secretary is desirable.
You will need:
- To be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, ILEX or equivalent with, ideally, between 4 and 10 years PQE.
- Experience of buying, selling and letting of commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals is essential.
- To be highly organised, efficient and technically competent lawyer with a proven commitment to client care across both private individuals and business clients.
- To demonstrate a willingness to be involved in business development.
