Maidenhead
A new opportunity has become available for a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a well-established Legal 500 firm in Maidenhead. I am looking for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join the firm in January 2018 for 12 months; this opportunity could also be made permanent depending on your level of output. Salary is at a competitive rate up to £70,000 per annum.
Our client is looking for a candidate that has the ability to hit the ground running and pick up a busy senior case load. It is imperative that all candidates have experience in handling restructures, mergers and acquisitions and shareholder agreements. You will be required to pick up many other Corporate and Commercial duties also.
The ideal candidate will must have excellent technical knowledge and a strong commercial acumen to undertake Corporate / Commercial work within this immensely successful firm. The successful candidate will have trained at a good Commercial firm and have some transactional experience. You will be ambitious and determined to contribute to the growth plans of the department. This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career and progress forward.
